Step Down DC\/DC Converter"},"content":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecmos.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/EC3207_5D01N-Rev.F001.pdf\" download=\"EC3207_5D01N-Rev.F001.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<div class=\"postbutton\">\u898f\u683c\u66f8\u4e0b\u8f09<\/div><\/a>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The EC3207 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC Step-down switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.4A of output current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.0V and provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN, making the EC3207 ideal for low voltage power conversions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHz allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This low noise output along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier, making EC3207 an ideal green replacement for large power consuming linear regulators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush current.
