{"id":642,"date":"2021-12-21T15:10:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-21T07:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecmos2.liho.work\/?p=642"},"modified":"2024-09-10T13:41:11","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T05:41:11","slug":"ec93c46a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecmos.com.tw\/en\/eeprom\/ec93c46a\/","title":{"rendered":"EC93C46A\uff5cThree-Wire Serial EEPROM"},"content":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecmos.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/EC93C46A.pdf\" download=\"EC93C46A.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<div class=\"postbutton\">\u898f\u683c\u66f8\u4e0b\u8f09<\/div><\/a>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The EC93C46A provides 1024 bits of serial electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 64 words of 16 bits each, when the ORG pin is connected to VCC and 128 words of 8 bits each when it is tied to ground.<br>The EC93C46A is available in space-saving PDIP-8, SOP-8, TSSOP-8, MSOP-8, and DFN-8 packages.<br>The EC93C46A is enabled through the Chip Select pin (CS), and accessed via a 3-wire serial interface consisting of Data Input (DI), Data Output (DO), and Shift Clock (SK) signals.<br>Upon receiving a Read instruction at DI, the address is decoded and the data is clocked out serially on the data output pin DO.
